Fax Cards

FlexMedical Fax utilizes the Microsoft Fax service built into Windows Server. It is very important to use a quality, Windows certified fax modem or fax card. We recommend two solutions:

Mainpine RF5118 or RF5120 - There are both one line and two line options available for these high quality fax cards. Most offices only need a single dedicated phone line for both sending and receiving faxes. Please note that using a two line fax card for separate incoming and outgoing faxing requires two separate dedicated phone lines.

Brooktrout TruFax 200e Half – This is a two line, high quality fax card designed for offices with a high volume of incoming and outgoing faxes. Please note that using a two line fax card for separate incoming and outgoing faxing requires two separate dedicated phone lines. This card currently only supports up to Windows Server 2008. Brooktrout expects support for Windows Server 2012 by June 2014.
