Statements

Many systems print "Previous Balance" for all open charges over 30 days old. The patient receives a statement with no idea what comprises the previous balance resulting in your office receiving a call. FlexMedical never prints "Previous Balance" - all charges owed are printed with a complete transaction history so the patient knows exactly what makes up their balance.

Enter your dunning messages for 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 91-120, and 121 plus. FlexMedical will automatically determine the dunning message needed based on the patient's aging. Messages can be fully formatted text, including color (color printer required).

Larger offices can generate a lot of statements. Printing in batches breaks the job up into a more manageable quantity. Smaller batches let you print your statements during office hours without tying up your printer for long periods of time.

Print statements per family or per patient and break runs into subsets by using patient classes, alphabetical by last name (for instance, A - K), or by balance. Specify minimum and maximum balances to target the accounts that need the most attention. Manually exclude patients at any time from any batch generated.

Statement history is tracked at the transaction level, so you can see just how many times a visit or other charge has been sent to a patient.
